Security will be $800.00 base and increased additional $750 for pets. (some pets are allowed )

First months rent will be prorated before the 15th of the month.(no last month rent )

Gross income must be 3 times the monthly rent.

All un-associated persons over 18 years of age must meet the same income requirement.

Tenant must have good credit. It does not have to be perfect we are understanding.

No section 8 will be considered.
